Privacy Policy

Your data, plainly handled.

Last updated: April 25, 2026

We collect what we need to do the work, we don't sell it, and we delete it when we're done. The full version follows for the lawyers.

1. Who we are

Housewives & Co. ("we," "us," "our") is a boutique design and web studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit housewivescompany.com, fill out a form, become a client, or otherwise interact with our services.

If you have questions, write to us at hello@housewivescompany.com or call (901) 613-4883.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — for example when you fill out a contact form, apply to the Social Club, or send us an email. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company or campaign name, and the details you share about your project.

We also collect limited information automatically when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs. We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and measure performance.

3. How we use information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you've engaged us for.
  • Send quotes, proposals, contracts, and project updates.
  • Send occasional newsletters and updates (only if you opt in — see Section 7).
  • Improve the site, our services, and the quality of our communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

4. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when necessary to operate our business:

  • Service providers — vendors who help us run the studio (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). They're bound by contracts that limit their use of your data.
  • Legal requirements — when we're required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or court order.
  • Business transfers — if Housewives & Co. is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

For political and advocacy clients, we may share information with campaign committees, compliance vendors, or regulators as required by applicable election law.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the site working (essential cookies).
  • Remember your preferences (functional cookies).
  • Measure traffic and performance (analytics cookies — typically Google Analytics or a similar provider).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may stop working.

6. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to do the work, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your choices

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from any marketing email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom.
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction if the information is inaccurate.
  • Request deletion, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Opt out of analytics tracking via your browser's Do Not Track or extensions like uBlock Origin.

To make any of these requests, email hello@housewivescompany.com. We respond within thirty days.

8. Your rights under specific laws

If you live in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

If you live in the EU/UK (GDPR): you have additional rights including data portability and the right to restrict or object to processing. The legal basis for our processing is typically your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interests.

If you live in Canada (PIPEDA): you have the right to access and correct your personal information. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute protection. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

11. International transfers

We operate from North America. If you're outside North America, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States or Canada, where data protection laws may differ from your home country.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the site.
